Bost Uni Plues
Fresh from winning awards at The National Student Drama Festival and now touring the country, innovative theatre company ‘Ugly Bucket’ stopped by at RGS this week to treat GCSE and A Level Drama students to a performance of their production, Bost Uni Plues’. A spellbinding mixture of verbatim, clowning and physical theatre, the show explored the empty feeling of leaving education after working so hard for so long, and weighed up the pros and cons of going to university, as well as exploring how to cope afterwards (the title is a spooneristic take on Post Uni Blues). The actors also ran a workshop in the afternoon for A Level Drama students on clowning and energy in performance.
