Hockey – 1st XI Boys v Old Boys Hockey

Friday 4 January saw the much anticipated annual match between the Old Boys and the RGS Boys’ 1st XI. It was wonderful to see so many old faces and many showed they had continued to work on their hockey skills since leaving RGS.

It was a great game on a cold Friday evening, with the Old Boys winning 5-3. The current captain, Matt Mandell-Nash hosted last year’s captain Scott Jones.

At the meal afterwards, as per tradition, Scott presented the most promising young player from the school side – Xander L with an award.
